Just two weeks later, Rick Ross is out and about once again. TMZ caught footage of Rozay walking around Los Angeles today, marking his first public appearance since being the target of a drive-by shooting late last month.
Ross didn’t want to talk about the incident, but he, cigar in mouth, certainly seemed to be having a good time. Check that out up above.
