Madeon Calls "Technicolor" the "Spiritual Sequel" to "Icarus"

Last week we saw an all-too-brief teaser for Madeon's forthcoming single, "Technicolor." This track has been heavily-anticipated, and Madeon wanted to make sure this track was perfect and different. It's finished, and set to drop on August 3 via madeon.fr/technicolor, with a special Beatport version dropping on the same day. In a short text that went along with this teaser, Madeon says that "Technicolor" is "a new song I've been working on for a while... I wanted to tell a story through dance music, using a longer structure than what i've done before. In certain ways it's almost a spiritual sequel to Icarus." The track is way more fleshed out in this preview, and we're totally amped for its release this weekend.
