Jamie Lidell knows how to pick 'em. Getting Machinedrum to go totally outside of the jungle/footwork zone he's been in lately for a pulsating, deep house rework of "Big Love?" This is unexpected from the current crop of Machinedrum jams, but so vital. That subtle start-stop in the drums, playing perfectly with Lidell's vocals? With the soft pianos underscoring everything? This thing is a fluffy cloud of bounce, coaxing you to soar with it. This is part of the Big Love remix EP, which also features a take from Jimmy Edgar. Too sick.
