Listen to any of their past collaborations—“Let Her”, “No Forever”, “All the Love”, "Wildcat" and “Move Like A Mystic”—and it's impossible to deny the sonic chemistry between future soul/R&B vocalist a l l i e and producer The Kount. Lucky for us, the two have continued their fruitful creative partnership with the collaborative EP, Euphoria.
Inspired by classic soul recordings, the two used tape machines, vintage and analog gear to create a textured sound palette. A live horn section, strings, bass and keys elevated all of their initial concepts and reflects the "blissed out state of mind" of their studio sessions, and the two also recruited some friends to play instruments on a few of the tracks, including Leland of BadBadNotGood and Hannah of Luna Li.
