Summer is finally here, and the new music releases are speeding up. Young Thug dropped his new album, Business Is Business, from behind bars, featuring the Drake-assisted single, “Oh U Went.” Coi Leray also dropped a new album, featuring the standout single “No Angels” in collaboration with Lola Brooke. And Key Glock released the Glockoma 2 (Deluxe), with the new banger, “No Hook.” This week’s list also includes new music from Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, and more.

Young Thug f/ Drake, “Oh U Went”

Young Thug tapped frequent collaborator and friend Drake for their latest collaboration, “Oh U Went.” Over soulful production, courtesy of Metro Boomin’ FNZ and BoogzDaBeast, Thug kicks things off with a slick verse as he raps about his lavish lifestyle and possessions. On the second verse, Drake flexes his muscle, delivering some of his smoothest bars. “It's gettin' hard to put a price on a show, can't even pick an amount now,” Drizzy spits. “Oh U Went” appears on Thug’s latest album, Business Is Business

Cole Bennett has been talking about dropping a Lyrical Lemonade album for a long time and it's finally happening, thanks to a partnership with Def Jam Recordings. What better way to kick things off than with a collab between Cordae and the late Juice WRLD over a Dr. Dre-produced Eminem beat? As expected, Juice's bars are *chef's kiss* and Cordae is the perfect sparring partner. We can't wait to hear what else Cole's cooking up. Stay tuned. —Eric Skelton

“No Angels” is a haunting song that finds Coi Leray joining forces with Brooklyn’s rising star Lola Brooke. On the track, Coi Leray raps aggressively over a menacing beat as she touches on a handful of themes and topics from relationships to fame and more. “Still tryna find love for my dad, how the fuck can I love a nigga?” Coi spits. Lola Brooke slides on the second verse of the single, matching Coi’s energy with a gritty verse and husky vocals. “Goin' through traffic, the streets is too busy/You know my body, I'm from New York City,” the Brooklyn native raps. “No Angels” is a standout from Coi Leray’s album, COI

Key Glock, “No Hook”

“No Hook” appears on the deluxe edition of Key Glock’s album, Glockoma 2, and is an undeniable hit. Just as the title suggests, the track consists of one lengthy verse with no hook. On the track, Glock raps over a gritty and menacing beat with a unique and hypnotic flow. “All about my bread, hell yеah, I keep that toaster/I be sippin' red and my lil' bitch sip mimosa/I hop up out the bed, say a prayer and count my dough up,” he spits. 

Nicki Minaj & Ice Spice, “Barbie World”

Only two months after Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice released the “Princess Diana (Remix),” the dynamic duo are back with a song for the soundtrack of the live-action Barbie movie. “Barbie World” is a fun track that samples Aqua's 1997 hit “Barbie Girl.” To bring the single into the future, though, Ice Spice’s go-to producer RIOTUSA adds his own flair and style on the beat and production. On the track, Nicki Minaj and Ice trade slick and catchy bars. “All of the Barbies is bad/It girls (It girls) and we ain't playin' tag,” Nicki raps. Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice definitely make a great pair. 

Burna Boy & 21 Savage, “Sittin’ On Top Of The World”

“Sittin’ On Top Of The World” is a collaboration between Burna Boy and 21 Savage that finds the unlikely pair singing and rapping over a danceable, 90s-inspired beat. On the track, Burna Boy leads with deep vocals, singing, “Feel my thug passion/Give you what you ask for/So tell me if you want action.” Meanwhile, 21 Savage slides on the verse giving the track edge as he spits, “I can help you shit on anybody you ever hated. Put you in baguettes, got you feelin' like you made it/ Everything advanced, nothing that I do is basic.” “Sittin’ On Top Of The World” is the perfect blend of R&B and rap. 

The Weeknd f/ Jennie of BLACKPINK & Lily-Rose Depp, “One of the Girls”

“One of the Girls” is a seductive record that finds the Weeknd with Jennie of the k-pop group BLACKPINK and actress Lily Rose Depp; all from HBO's The Idol family. On the track, the Weeknd delivers his signature sound of high-pitched and haunting vocals as he sings about being a dominant force in relationships. What truly stands out about the record are the vocals from both Jennie and Depp. Both of their vocals are hypnotizing and sexy. “We don't gotta be in love, no/I don't gotta be the one, no/I just wanna be one of your girls tonight,” Depp sings. 

YoungBoy Never Broke Again, “I Need To Know”

YoungBoy Never Broke Again is back with “I Need To Know,” a hypnotic and thoughtful song that finds YoungBoy delivering reflective bars about his life and music. “My music so ruthless, just move me, let's end the night with wine/My life, it ain't perfect, they use me, this happens every time,” he raps in the opening verse. Elsewhere on the track, YoungBoy talks about his lack of patience and questions, “who love me?”

Reason, “You Betta (Jesus Take The Wheel)”

“You Betta (Jesus Take The Wheel)” is a new single from Reason that finds the TDE rapper leaning on his faith when bad things happen in life. “Glock on my lap/ I let Jesus take the wheel, folks caught a charge/I let Jesus take the wheel,” he spits. “You Betta  (Jesus Take The Wheel)” is a catchy track that is best played when you’re faced with new obstacles.
