Virgil Hawkins ended 2018 on a high with the release of the introspective "Dreamsbad/First And Final" and is now tipped by many as an artist to watch, along with his 237 crew.

Today we bring you the visuals for "Black Vengeance", which serves as a warning to all of Virgil's doubters. On the track, he raps "now they all pretend", referring to all of the snakey people in his life. With his distorted Auto-Tuned vocals sitting atop dreamy synths and trappy 808s (courtesy of producer SJ), in the video, we see Virgil holding a snake, perhaps a metaphor that he has the naysayers in the palm of his hands.

But it's not all negativity: we also see the rising rapper sitting at an opulent dining table with his team and ends the video rapping amongst his whole squad. With more greatness expected from Virgil Hawkins throughout 2019, peep the Stevie Coales-directed visuals for "Black Vengeance" above keep an eye on his every move.
