Illangelo has teamed up with Rhye for the official remix of "Sinful"—a standout cut from Canadian singer's sophomore album Blood.
"Rhye's music is so exquisitely angelic that for this remix I wanted to paint it from the opposite perspective as if the listener was entering some sort of underworld," Illangelo told Complex.
The new record will appear on Rhye's forthcoming project Blood Remixed, which consists of 14 reworked tracks from Blood. Other contributors include Jacques Greene, RY X, Mano Le Tough, and Channel Tres.
Before Blood Remixed hits streaming services this Friday, Illangelo and Rhye have shared the music video for the "Sinful" remix. You can check out the Geneviève Medow Jenkins-directed visual above.
