27Delly becomes the first artist to feature a sold out NFT in a music video with the release of “Fly Guys,” a new single from the Harlem rapper’s latest mixtape Fly Since Birth.

Released in November, Fly Since Birth has earned buzz on the back of standout track “Bubble Coat,” which appeared in a Season 5 episode of Issa Rae’s acclaimed HBO series Insecure.

Now, Delly is expanding his reach into the world of NFTs with his latest visual. After selling out four additional NFTs in the past few months, “Fly Guys” sees Delly partner with Glass, an NFT platform that mints videos by creators as NFTs, enabling them to be owned by collectors and monetized more sustainably than web2 video platform.

It pays to be early! “Fly Guys” Music Video NFT will be released on @GlassProtocol tomorrow with Liquid Editions! Each holder has a chance to win a “Fly Guys” package from a random select raffle from the leaderboard! 90% profit on trade/sell for the holders! Let’s shake shit up! pic.twitter.com/meL2MHZac0

“FLYGUYS is a 3D audiovisual experience,” reads the description on Glass’ website. “Featuring samples from 27Delly’s highly anticipated debut tape Fly Since Birth, the NFT embodies what it means to be fly. Being fly is a mentality and state of mind. It’s tangible, but not purchasable. It’s an unlimited currency we all have within.”
