The combined heat from their intertwining vocals and the gentle bump of the production could not be more perfect for the summer.

It's hard to believe, but besides some guest verses and remixes, we haven't actually had any singles from Jorja Smith since her landmark debut album Lost & Found. That all changes today as she drops her brand new single, "Be Honest" with Burna Boy

An upbeat, summery outing, "Be Honest" sees Jorja reunite with Burna Boy (an artist who's having a stellar year of his own) having appeared on "Gum Body" from his African Giant album. Directed by Amber Grace Johnson, the highly polished video begins with Jorja hiding out from the sweltering heat in a shaded room, surrounded by fans. Then, as night falls and the temperatures drop, she heads out into the city to find a motive.

Definitely one of the more upbeat tracks she's put out, the combined heat from their intertwining vocals and the gentle bump of the production from Izy (the architect behind Koffee's "Toast") could not be more perfect for the summer.
