Charli XCX's excellent Pop 2 closer "Track 10" gets a new life today.
As promised, Charli has released "Blame It on Your Love" (the title of which should make sense for anyone familar with Pop 2) featuring fellow pop-saver Lizzo. The track features production from Stargate, as well as additional production from Finn Keane and A.G. Cook, and makes good on the promise teased by ending her acclaimed Pop 2 mixtape with what was effectively a (really good) demo.
"I HOPE THIS BECOMES UR NEW PARTY ANTHEM," Charli told fans Wednesday. "THIS SONG HAS BEEN IN MY LIFE FOR AROUND 3 YEARS NOW AND I'M SO HAPPY TO BE RELEASING IT. I LOVE YOU ALL. LET THE NEW ERA BEGIN!!!!!"

Lizzo's third album, Cuz I Love You, arrived in April via Atlantic/Nice Life and ultimately became her first Billboard 200 charter. That same month, she announced her Cuz I Love You Too Tour following sold-out performances across her initial announced run. The original Cuz I Love You Tour kicked off April 22 in San Francisco. The second leg begins in July.
