2 Chainz and Ariana Grande's chemistry is on full display in the just-released "Rule the World" music video.

For the track that's featured on Chainz's new album Rap or Go to the LeagueTity Boi sticks to the nostalgic theme introduced in his "Money in the Way" visual. Directed by Sebastian Sdaigui, the period piece mirrors the nature of the track.

The video begins with Grande performing the song's chorus in a venue that looks both seedy and elegant at the same time. Chainz then joins the songstress on stage to perform the record's verses. This imagery helps to further evoke the feelings of nostalgia that come from the Hitmaka instrumental.

Based on their chemnistry, it's clear that 2 Chainz is cool with Grande's song "7 Rings" which some people said unfailry appropriated elements of trap music. The song's cadences mimicked the flow found on 2 Chainz's 2011 track "Spend It," while "7 Rings'" overly pink video felt like a callback to the marketing surrounding Chainz's Pretty Girls Love Trap album. But, after a few behind-the-scenes discussions, Chainz and Grande appear to have hashed out their issues, with Tity appearing on the "7 Rings Remix" and Grande hopping on "Rule the World."

"They set it up so we could actually meet and talk face to face," he said of their meeting. "I think that kind of changed everything because I started getting what was going on, having a clear understanding of what was going on. She was more or less saying that, 'Well, yeah, I thought people knew I took it from you.' And I said, 'Well, how would people know that?'"

Either way, it looks like all is well in the world of Ariana Grande and 2 Chainz. Watch their new video above.
