Earlier this month, Ady Suleiman announced the imminent arrival of his upcoming mixtape Thoughts & Moments Vol. 1 with a BTS short film, just one year on from his Memories album. Now we've got the first full track from the tape complete with some grainy, nostalgia-driven visuals.
Production on the new project comes from FAMILY_TIME, Maths Time Joy, Winta James and GRADES and if "Strange Roses" is anything to go by, we're looking at a heart-wrenching collection of tracks. Of course at least some of their names are best known for more electronic productions, but "Strange Roses" backs up Suleiman's tender vocals with pure live instrumentation and a restrained arrangement that let's his voice take the full limelight.
