Philadelphia rapper PnB Rock isn't off to a good start this year. ABC reports that the 27-year-old rapper has been arrested in Bensalem, Pennsylvania on drugs and firearm charges. He's been charged with possession of narcotics, possession with intent to deliver, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, and a number of similar but unspecified offenses.

There's reportedly been an investigation into PnB Rock since November 2018, when neighbors complained he was having loud parties. Other people nearby complained about a strong smell of weed coming from a house on Konefal Street, Bensalem, where PnB was residing. Police close to the case say their investigation has led them to believe he was selling weed at the house.

The Special Investigation Unit of Bensalem searched the house in the afternoon on Sunday (Jan. 20), finding $33,000 in cash, a stolen handgun, four pounds of weed, scales, and materials allegedly used to package weed sold to customers. The artist's girlfriend, Stephanie Sibounheuang, was also in the house at the time of the search, receiving three charges. Bail has been set at 10 percent of $500,000 for both of them, and they have since been taken to Bucks County Correctional Facility.

PnB Rock had been quieter in 2018 than he was during his breakout year in 2017, although he did release his project Throwaways in November.
