By now, 1Forty Records have made quite a name for themselves with their genre-themed compilation EPs. This past year has seen releases focused on bass music, UK funky, garage and grime. Now they're back to close the year out with another grime-oriented collection. This time, the release features two productions from Ali McK and Jhuttz—both of which have been vocalled—a production from Arridim and another from AfterHours.

Ahead of the EP's release on Monday (Dec. 17), we're sharing the opening track—and our personal favourite—of the EP: Ali McK and Jhuttz's "Grime Street" with YGG hero Lyrical Strally. Over the producer pair's mix of punchy drums and lurching bass work, Lyrical Strally dishes out a barrage of fast-talking references to everything from Jersey Shore to Morley's. Though we'll never turn down more YGG music, it's good to hear Lyrical Strally take the spotlight occasionally.

Take a listen below and grab the EP when it comes out December 17.
