Drake brought out Chris Brown during the first of the Los Angeles stops of the Aubrey & the Three Amigos Tour on Friday night to perform Breezy’s hit song “Party.”
“I’d like to share the stage with this man, and L.A. I hope you motherfuckin’ enjoy it. Let’s go,” Drake said. The crowd cheered as Brown appeared from the underneath the stage, and began dancing and singing “Party.”
Drake shared that the last time the two performers were on a stage together was in 2009 in Brown’s home state of Georgia, according to Variety.
Of course, it wasn't that long ago that Brown and Drake were embroiled in a beef centered on Rihanna. In 2012, a series of social media jabs came to a head with a fight at the New York City nightclub W.i.P., when bottles and punches were thrown because of a note that allegedly read “I’m fuckin’ the love of your life, deal with it.” This September, though, it finally looked like they ended the feud, when, according to The Shade Room, the two performers followed each other on Instagram.
Adele was also in attendance last night and was amazed by Drizzy's performance. The British singer took to Twitter to write, “Oiii Champagne Papi blew my mind tonight! Best production I’ve ever seen hands down and way up there with one of my favorite shows of all time. Huge love.”
Drake saw the tweet, took a screenshot, and shared it to Instagram, writing, “Oiiiiiii don’t fucking get me gassed right now I love this woman and she came to the show,” adding, “Thank god nobody told me I would have been SHOOK.”
