Having cut his teeth early, working and performing alongside greats like Ghetts, Wretch 32, Example and Devlin, Birmingham's SP (real name: Trevion Rowe) has been carving out a lane for himself as a bridge between the disparate worlds of rap and grime. His latest offering is the statement of intent that is "Ambitions Of A Rider", a track that sits closer to his rap output than grime in the truest sense. Placing his Brum accent loudly and proudly at the forefront of the track, SP tells us of his past, present and future over a frosty and glistening rap beat from Triple B. From growing up on the Adenuga brothers, the struggles he's been through to where he is now, stacking paper and knocking out lyrical workouts like this.
