There's finally a resolution in the Lil Wayne tour bus shooting case, as a judge reportedly sentenced Jimmy Winfrey to 10 years in prison and another 10 years on probation. According to TMZ, Winfrey pleaded guilty to six of the 27 counts in the case, with all of the charges being gang-related.

Back in April, Weezy's tour bus was shot up outside of a club in Atlanta, and indictments later showed that Winfrey used a cell phone owned by Birdman after the shooting. Birdman denied any involvement in the incident despite the ongoing legal battles between him and Wayne. In August, Winfrey said on record that Birdman's financial issues with Wayne directly led to the shooting. It's unclear if Baby was ever questioned by police in the case. We'll continue to update this story as more details develop.
