Vic Mensa is holding strong with his informal one-song-a-week commitment and the latest entry comes in the form of the Smoko Ono and Mike Dean-produced "I Been." A warbly synth rattles around through the whole track and Mensa reminds listeners that he's beeen around. "I been doin' this shit," he barks on the hook before smoothing it out for the next line, "I ain't new, no." Hopefully we can count on another one next week.
