The First Week Sales For A$AP Rocky and Boosie Badazz Are In

A$AP Rocky continues to win with his new album, A.L.L.A., as he once again has claimed the top spot on the Billboard charts with a total of 117,000 units sold, and 146,000 with streams. This is now the second No. 1 album of Rocky's short career, with his first album, Long.Live.A$AP also taking the top spot back in 2013, though he sold more copies this time around. With Rocky taking the top spot on the charts, this is now the sixth time this year that a hip-hop artist or collection has held the spot, with DrakeKendrick LamarBig SeanWale, and the Furious 7 soundtrack doing it prior. 

While Taylor Swift continued her chart dominance once again this week with the No. 2 spot on the charts, Boosie Badazz gave her a run for her money with an impressive first week for his Touchdown 2 Cause Hell album, with a total of 59,000 units sold, and 64,000 with streams. This was Boosie's first album since he was released from prison last year.
