LunchMoney Lewis—the singer/songwriter working under Dr. Luke's Kemosabe label, and the man responsible for Nicki Minaj's "Trini Dem Girls"—is releasing a 4 track EP tomorrow, featuring his hit song "Bills." A jubilant ode to his financial woes, "Bills" cracked the Billboard Top 40 and for the Miami-based artist behind hits including Diddy's "Big Homie," Meek Mill's "Off The Corner" and more, he's just now kicking off his solo career.

Today, we're premiering his latest track, "Real Thing," a garage funk, soulful track about finding true love and what he's got to offer for her. “If you have a good girl, don't take her for granted, or she might meet someone like me, the real thing," he told Complex over email. Stream it above and look out for his upcoming EP dropping tomorrow.
