Outside of music, Chris Brown is known to be an avid basketball player, playing at charity and celebrity games including the NBA All-Star Celebrity game back in 2006. He's also known to have his fair share of negative press for his legal issues. But this time, he doesn't have to put on his Sunday best for more litigation over a basketball related incident in 2015.

Last August, Malcolm Ausbon claimed that he was attacked by Chris Brown and 3 of his security guards over a foul call during a basketball game at a 24-Hour Fitness. Ausbon maintained that Brown mentioned that he was a part of the Bloods , which was later cleared up by Brown's PR team with this statement: "Chris is not affiliated with a gang or any similar organization.  He is affiliated with the Symphonic Love Foundation and other organizations that strive to bring love, hope and the arts to children in need."

As a result, he sued Breezy and demanded $250,000 for his injuries, physical and mental. Brown's layer, Mark Geragos, claimed that Ausbon was threatening extortion by mentioning that he would involve the LAPD if his demands weren't met. Clearly, Ausbon was reaching since sources told TMZ that Chris paid a "nuisance payment," which didn't total over a four figure amount. That should cover his lifetime membership at a new gym.
