One new artist is changing all of that. Adele's sales numbers have been incredible, and it's even more amazing that a year after 21 was released, it continues to outsell almost all new albums week after week.
It seems like every week Adele smashes a new record or takes a new title, and the latest news takes things to a new level. Adele's 21 has just outsold Pink Floyd's classic The Dark Side Of The Moon it to take over the spot as the seventh highest selling album of all time in the U.K. The sales are now at 4.14 million in the U.K. alone, while total sales worldwide are around 20 million.
