TMZ has released a police report indicating that Nicki Minaj—who denied ever being attacked in a Dallas hotel room earlier this week—was indeed struck by an unidentified man, in the mouth, with a suitcase.

Nicki's argument with the man went from a hotel pool to the room in which they were sharing. The report states that Nicki was looking into a suitcase which shared some of the man's belongings. "[He] grabbed the suitcase and as he was picking it up, he shoved the suitcase across [Nicki's] chin and lower lip" causing Nicki's lip to bleed.

The report also shows that a paramedic arrived at the scene. Nicki decided not to press charges on the unidentified man.
