A woman who reportedly bragged about being “the best drunk driver” has been charged in a DUI crash that left three people dead.

According to FOX 29, 21-year-old Jayana Tanae Webb was taken into custody this week after she allegedly struck two Pennsylvania state troopers and a civilian while driving under the influence. The incident took place at around 1 a.m. Monday on Interstate 95 in South Philadelphia, as troopers Branden T. Sisca, 29, and Martin F. Mack III, 33, were assisting a pedestrian.

Authorities say the troopers were responding to reports of a man walking on I-95 when Webb attempted to drive past them while traveling at a high speed. Sisca and Mack were escorting the man—identified as 28-year-old Reyes Rivera Oliveras—in the back of a cruiser, when Webb struck them with her vehicle. The men were reportedly thrown over the median onto the northbound lanes. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

Webb was arrested shortly after the collision and slapped with 18 charges, including homicide by vehicle, manslaughter of a law enforcement officer, involuntary manslaughter, third-degree murder, and driving under the influence.

The tragedy took place about two months after Webb took to Twitter bragging about her ability to drive while intoxicated. Sources told media outlets that authorities are looking into her social media activity as part of the investigation.

“This is a tragedy all the way around,” her attorney, Michael Walker, told CBS 3. “We are never the worst thing we have done in our life. If in fact she is found guilty of this, she is more than that and right now she is an innocent person,” Walker said. “She’s extremely saddened,” he added. “She’s not a violent criminal. She has no past, no prior contacts with police whatsoever. She’s a great person and it would devastate most people and right now she’s devastated.”

Webb has been denied bail. Her next court appearance is scheduled for April 5.
