It’s neither delivery nor Delissio anymore as Nestlé Canada will cease sales of the pizza brand as well as Stouffer’s, Lean Cuisine, and Life Cuisine across the country over the next six months according to the company’s press release.

The release added that it will shift its focus “on categories that support long-term business growth and allow for reinvestment in portfolio lines.” The categories listed include confectionery, coffee, ice cream, infant foods, supplements, and more.

“Nestlé Canada attributes much of its long-term success to its ability to adapt and evolve within the industry. This decision enables us to further invest in priority categories. We remain open to enhancing our portfolio where it makes sense for our business,” explained John Carmichael, President and CEO of Nestlé Canada in the release. “We look forward to continuing to offer Canadians great Nestlé products now, and in the future.”

While frozen pizza brands are not rare, some on Twitter were heartbroken to find out that the decades-old brand would be shuttering.

There remains an abundance of options in this country in the frozen pizza game, from McCain’s to Dr. Oetker.
