UPDATED 7/12, 12:22 p.m. ET: The woman alleged to have stolen more than a million dollars in jewelry at the ends of dates has turned herself in, Atlanta police said this weekend.

Shirley Paul Reyes Azambuya, per a regional Fox outlet, received a bond set at $160,000 from a Fulton County judge despite her alleged crimes being nonviolent in nature.

Atlanta police are on the lookout for a woman who’s been accused of stealing jewelry with a reported value of around $1 million from her date, FOX 5 Atlanta reports. The two, who had reportedly just met, spent several hours with each other before heading to a hotel. So far so good.

When they got to their room the guy stored his jewelry in a safe and eventually fell asleep. When he got up he said he could hear the shower running in the bathroom so he thought his date, who was not in the room with him, was in there. Instead she had left hours earlier.

“He assumed his date was taking a shower,” Sgt. Jarius Daugherty said. “But he looked over to see the safe open and all of his property gone.”

The man told police that his jewelry had a value of about $1 million. FOX 5 Atlanta says he was able to document that value.

Surveillance footage from the night shows the victim wearing large pieces of jewelry. Unfortunately for the suspect, that same surveillance footage also got several clear pictures of her face. Those images were released with calls for those who can identify her to do that to the police. You can see them in the news report video at the top.
