Florida Man is getting too bold—and apparently, it's working for him. That's all we can figure after hearing the news that a Miami man got off clean after flinging his own poop at a judge in his burglary case.

Dorleans Philidor, 33, reportedly threw poop at Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Lisa Walsh ahead of closing arguments.

“It’s protein. It’s good for you,” Philidor yelled, according to witnesses who spoke to the Miami Herald. They added that Philidor stood by his advice and ate some of the poop.

“It was intense. The corrections officers and police officers were swarming. Like 60 of them,” witness Allen Rios recalled to the Herald. “They told everyone to leave and you couldn’t go back in. It was a hazardous area.”

Philidor was tried in connection to a break-in in North Miami Beach. The homeowner called police and Philidor was picked up a short time later. The courtroom was evacuated to be cleaned and Walsh moved the case to a different room. The incident occurred before the jurors arrived. They eventually acquitted him of the burglary charge after deliberating for an hour.

His behavior was similar to what he showed early this week, when he smeared feces all over himself and his holding cell prior to being brought into the courtroom. That led the court to analyze Philidor to see if he was fit to hear closing arguments; they ruled that, yes, he was.
