Set over a sombre piano line and minimal beat, Kano's "Endz" is an emotional, bittersweet look back at his years in the game. An unflinching and honest look at the highs and lows, not just in Kano's history but in the wider context of grime in general, there might be a few lines in this one that could ruffle some feathers. Still, as Kano (and Shakespeare) puts it, "heavy is the head that wears the crown." The higher you rise, the more people there are waiting in the wings to knock you down. With lines like Three cheers to the pensmith / The game's wide open, I'm dentist / Tryna find space, I'm Tetris / Not tryna lose faith, we're pretty sure Kano's crown is safe.

The "Endz" video follows on from "3 Wheels-Ups" and comes in anticipation of his rightly hyped fifth album, Made In The Manor. We're sure this won't be the last teaser before the album drops, so keep your eyes peeled for the next gem.
