For Spring/Summer 2022, Carhartt WIP has partnered with Stray Rats to create a collection that sees the Miami brand offer its own take on a slew of classic Carhartt WIP staples.
Arriving in a concise capsule comprised of just nine items, the co-release sees Stray Rats’ punk and underground culture aesthetic blend with Carhartt WIP’s workwear spirit.
Items include reworked variations of the OG Active Jacket, Western Jacket, and Smith Pant, which have been constructed from either canvas or denim and have been treated to an aged-like appearance, and hand-drawn all-over print. Additionally, each piece is further accented by classic brass detailing and trims, and arrives in either “Duck blue” or “Tobacco brown”.
The collection also features a range of eye-catching cotton jersey items, such as long sleeve t-shirts and short sleeve t-shirts, and sweatpants dressed in eye-catching Stray Rats graphics. These are further complemented by a beanie with embroidered co-branding, and a six-panel snapback that corresponds to the collection’s outerwear.
