Sunnei is officially on the map and I appreciate the brand's weirdo-infused minimalism very much. And S/S 16 includes just enough of said weirdness to be interesting enough for your tastes. I'm not sure the brand is one for dropping pieces I would describe as "bangers" per se, but that's alright. Not everything can or needs to be a banger. That's, like, the third level of fashion enlightenment. Granted, Sunnei has a definitive banger here in the first slide, that lightweight parka with the interesting side split at the hem, and a semi-banger in the khaki/red trench in slide 9. Sunnei is also fully on board with the double breasted shirt, as seen in slide 12, that is so simple and good that it makes me want to be a better person. Sadly, I will never actually improve myself and remain the piece of human garbage I was put on this earth to be. Most of this stuff, especially the boxy cut jackets, feels very much like Our Legacy, which is obviously a compliment to a young brand like Sunnei. Also, the models are wearing fucking Nike Shox, which is so egregious and ridiculous and I can't help but respect the flow.
