To say Phlegm works feverishly would be a bit of an understatement. The Sheffield, UK-native seems capable of crushing walls around the world with a pace unmatched by other muralists. How he finds time to sit and draw is beyond us. Yet, it happens. And, when it happens, the results are marvelous.
