San Antonio Spurs veteran guard Manu Ginobili is the last member of the Spurs' "Big Three" still on the team's roster. Tim Duncan retired in 2016, and this summer Tony Parker joined the Charlotte Hornets. But Ginobili may not be around much longer.

According to a Wednesday afternoon report from ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Argentinian legend is seriously considering retirement. He'll reportedly meet soon with his longtime coach, Gregg Popovich, to discuss his future.

Story filed to ESPN: No final decision yet, but San Antonio's Manu Ginobili is seriously considering retirement and will meet with coach Gregg Popovich in coming days to discuss future.

Ginobili "has been working out regularly at the Spurs practice facility," per Woj's report, and the Spurs "are allowing him to take all the time he needs to make a decision."

Ginobili, 41, is one of three players in the league who are currently on a roster and are over the age of 40, along with Vince Carter (41) and Dirk Nowitzki (40). He has spent his entire NBA career with San Antonio, since entering the league in the 2002 draft (San Antonio picked him No. 57 overall—talk about a steal).

A four-time NBA champ (2003, 2005, 2007, and 2014), Ginobili has also twice qualified for an All-Star team. He was the league's Sixth Man of the Year in 2008. Manu also won a gold medal in the 2004 Athens games with Argentina (and a bronze in 2008 in Beijing).

The Spurs are expected to contend for a mid-tier Western Conference playoff spot this season after dealing Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green to the Raptors for DeMar DeRozan, Jakob Poeltl, and a protected 2019 first-round pick.

Ginobili is considered a borderline Hall of Famer.
