Tiger Woods is apparently not out of the woods just yet when it comes to his surgically repaired lower back. In the final round of the 2014 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational today, Tiger took a swing on the ninth hole and immediately started favoring his back. After hanging his head and grimacing, Woods started walking in obvious pain. Over time, Tiger's injury became so unbearable that he needed the help of a golf cart as he gingerly limped on the course.

Back in late March, Woods underwent a microdiscectomy surgery to help relieve a pinched nerve in his lower back, but earlier in the day, Tiger tweaked something and it wasn't right ever since. “It happened on the second hole when I hit my second shot, I fell back into the bunker,” Woods said. “I just jarred it, and it’s been spasming ever since.” Woods is scheduled to appear in the PGA Championship this week, but after this incident, that may be up in the air.
