Professional Adidas skateboarder Nora Vasconcellos put her personal style and touch on one of Adidas' better-known skate silhouettes, the Matchcourt RX, for her first signature colorway with the brand.
The Matchcourt RX has taken on several colorways from other pros and collaborators, but none quite as colorful as what Vasconcellos has in store for skaters and fans of the Three Stripes.
The recognizable skate model features a personal color palette and original artwork from the skater. The sneaker is decorated in a light purple with floral imagery throughout to create the Matchcourt RX Nora.
“Floral patterns go great with that shade of purple. The artwork for the shoe was a variety of stuff I have created in the past; patterns and drawings that I thought would be cool to embroider onto a canvas shoe," said Vasconcellos.
The Adidas Matchcourt RX Nora hits select Adidas retailers tomorrow, July 7 for a retail price of $75 and online at adidas.com in unisex sizes.
