Recently making rounds on the Internet were photos of a new Ronnie Fieg-designed ASICS GT-II, thought to be the follow-up to his 2010 "Super Red" GEL-Lyte III release. Whether or not that was intended, we're already seeing quite a bit of buzz for the upcoming drop. For those waiting for a better look, we have that for you today courtesy of photographer Angel Gonzalez.
The shoe is treated to a red pigskin upper with a hint of grey peaking from beneath the Tiger Stripes. A tonal grey midsole and outsole combination supplants the white midsole typically found on GT-IIs.
No release information for the Super Red 2 just yet, but we'll keep you updated when we hear something.
