Here's a blast from the past. More than a decade after the original release, Nike's Air Kukini will be making a return this year. The Kukini, a shoe that was certainly ahead of its time, helped set the tone for future lightweight slip-on runners, including the highly popular Air Presto. Breathable mesh and quick-dry synthetic materials make up majority of the Kukini's upper, which is encased in a webbed support system for lockdown fit. Below sits a rugged outdoor-friendly outsole and visible Air unit. Look for Grey/Yellow and White/Blue styles for the men, as well as a pink-accented plaid look for women to drop in the coming months.
