Police in Queens say a man beat his brother to death with a cooking pot yesterday afternoon.

The New York Post reports that the suspect, an unnamed 29-year-old man, was arguing with his brother, 30-year-old Jason Tolentino, just after 3 p.m. when he struck him in the head with the pot. Neighbor Matilde Martin said the two were prone to arguing with each other: "Whenever they’re together they’re fighting. It’s nothing new."

Tolentino died after being transported to Jamaica Hospital. According to the New York Daily News, his brother was arrested at the home; the Post adds that he has not been charged yet.
