Here's the funny thing about the Internet: No matter how much time you actually spend online, you will never quite see and experience everything the web has to offer. The sheer magnitude of videos, blogs, games, photos, social media sites, and zany GIFs is far too much for one person to find on their own. So we decided to compile a handy list. Here are the best things to do on the Internet this weekend, April 27 - 28.

Read About How A Baby Was Sold on Facebook
This is not exactly what Mark Zuckerberg had in mind when he started Facebook. Earlier this week it was reported that a newborn baby in India was sold by its grandfather to hospital employees, who then sold the baby to a dealer, after which the baby was sold over Facebook to a business man. As it turns out, it was all part of an elaborate child-trafficking scheme. Thankfully the grandfather and hospital employees were caught by authorities, and the baby was returned to its mother safe and unharmed. Read the story here.

Our thinking: the video was uploaded by an intern trying to push his mixtape. Watch the video here. (Note: the song may have been removed, but, fret not, it lives on in Vine form)

Read About Cornell University's Growing Tech School in NYC
After being awarded first place in Mayor Bloomberg's contest to create a new, state-of-the-art science school, Cornell NYC Tech began its beta class in January with eight students. As for what's next, the New York Times reports: "Last month, plans for the 12-acre campus on Roosevelt Island won approval from the City Planning Commission and have gone to the City Council for final approval. When finished, in about 25 years, the campus is projected to have more than 2,000 students and two million square feet of space. The timetable calls for the first building to open in 2017."
