Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian’s new reality television series, Rob & Chyna, aired on E! earlier tonight. One of the big reveals on the show was the gender of their unborn baby, which confirmed they are having a girl.
Throughout Sunday, Rob’s sisters promoted the debut episode with teasers on whether the couple were having a boy or girl.
In the clip below, Rob and Scott Disick are hanging out at a barbershop when Disick asks about what would be Rob’s preference—a boy or a girl. “Definitely hoping for a boy because I want to have the same relationship that I have with my father with my son, so that’s what I’m praying for,” he says.
In July, Us Weeklypreviously stated that Rob and Chyna were expected a girl. The baby is reportedly due in October, and has inspired the Kardashian clan to band together in harmony. A source explained that they are very excited to embrace their newest member of the family, citing that Kim has been the most involved sister during these pre-baby months, but Kris Jenner has also joined in on the fun. "Kris has been giving him baby advice," the source said. "They get excited talking about the baby."
Another story, reported by In Touch Weekly, actually claimed Rob and Chyna were having a baby boy. This was according to Chyna’s father. "Rob and I have had some one-on-one time," Eric Holland reportedly said. "All I can say is he’s excited about the prospect of a boy."
Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian shared their excitement over the news:
Congrats to Rob and Chyna on their baby girl!
