Antonio Banderas Bonds with Robots in Trailer for “Automata”

Why are robots always rising up against humans? This is the question Antonio Banderas ponders in "Automata."

1.

Who knew that Antonio Banderas was such a sci-fi junkie?

After referring to the movie as “my baby” in a recent Reddit AMA, Banderas now appears onscreen as an insurance agent who investigates claims of faulty robots for a massive corporation in Automata. And—surprise!—the robots are starting to behave very strangely, and may be turning on the human race.

“Wait,” you say, “haven’t I seen this movie before?” Yes, you have. It’s called I, Robot, it starred Will Smith, and it wasn’t very good. The movie will be released on October 10 both in theaters and On Demand.
