Self-proclaimed world's first supermodel Janice Dickinson is suing disgraced comedian Bill Cosby for denying her claim that Cosby drugged and raped her in the early '80s.

According to the defamation lawsuit (via TheWrap), “Defendant Cosby knows that he drugged and raped Ms. Dickinson ... He knew that calling her rape disclosure a lie was a false statement.”

Dickinson is seeking unspecified damages from Cosby, as the suit states that she suffered "loss to her reputation, shame, mortification, and hurt feelings" as well as emotional distress from Cosby calling her a liar. Cosby's attorney has previously called Dickinson's accusation a complete fabrication.

Dickinson went public with her story in late 2014, saying that Cosby raped her in 1982 after a dinner in Lake Tahoe.

"The next morning I woke up, and I wasn't wearing my pajamas, and I remember before I passed out that I had been sexualy assaulted by this man," Dickinson told ET. "... Before I woke up in the morning, the last thing I remember was Bill Cosbyin a patchwork robe, dropping his robe and getting on top of me. And I remember a lot of pain."

Cosby has been accused of rape by more than 30 women since last year. He's currently facing a similar lawsuit from three other accusers who also say Cosby defamed them by denying their claims.

Cosby finally, kind of, sort of addressed the many accusations in a Good Morning America interview last week.
