Actor Ezra Miller has been accused by a woman of harassing her earlier this year at her home in Berlin, Germany.

In a new report from Variety, a woman named Nadia accused the actor of harassing her after she invited them to her Berlin apartment in February, 2022. Nadia said that she had a two-year friendship with Miller, but they hadn’t met in person since a consensual sexual encounter in 2020. During the February incident, Miller allegedly flipped out upon being told they weren’t allowed to smoke in Nadia’s apartment.

“That just set them off,” Nadia said. “I asked them to leave about 20 times, maybe more. They started insulting me. I’m a ‘transphobic piece of shit.’ I’m a ‘Nazi.’ It became so, so stressful for me. They were going around my house, looking at everything, touching everything, spreading tobacco leaves on the floor. It felt disgusting and very intrusive.”

It took approximately half an hour of pleading before they left. She said that she didn’t feel at risk of sexual assault, but was concerned the actor “could somehow attack me physically,” and that she “totally felt unsafe.” As the scandals and allegations against Miller started to pile up, Nadia realized that the Flash actor had exhibited a “pattern” of deeply troubling behavior. “They jet-set abuse,” she told Variety. Five people close to her corroborated her account of the incident, and she later filed a criminal complaint that has since been dropped because Miller is no longer in the country.

Nadia said that at one point, Miller launched into a “tirade” about doing “whatever they want,” and also started to place tobacco on the floor as they said, “’I’m a maker of planets, tobacco is sacred.’ Miller also allegedly addressed her as if she were a dog by saying “sit down,” which she commented on only for the actor to respond, “’Yes I’m talking to you like a dog.’”

Miller was told to leave repeatedly, and informed Nadia they were a “rape survivor” who was being “triggered” by being asked to leave. “They started to say I had assaulted them,” Nadia added. When they finally left, Nadia saw them banging loudly on the front door of the apartment building while accusing her of stealing their passport and money. She later discovered that they left a jacket that contained Miller’s passport and a credit card, which she threw down to them from her balcony.

“They’re probably not thinking about me anymore because I’m just one of many people they abused,” said Nadia.

The Variety piece also details Miller’s troubling behavior while he was in Iceland.

Shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic shut down production on the latest Fantastic Beasts film in 2020, Miller became a regular at bars in Reykjavík. Over time, their behavior began to “concern” the locals. “There was always something with Ezra,” said a former bartender at a venue they frequented. The same bartender, Carlos Reynir, said that he was forced to intervene in two altercations the actor had at the venue. One incident started with a friendly verbal argument that ended with Miller putting a man in a chokehold and slapping him. They later apologized, and the man laughed off the incident.

The second incident, though, saw Miller assault a young woman at the bar. The video surfaced online in April 2020, and in it, the actor could be seen placing their hand on a woman’s neck and pushing her to the ground. “Do you want to fight? Is that what you do?” they said in the clip. Speaking with Variety, the woman said they “joked” about being able to beat the actor in a fight.

“I think it’s just fun and games—but then it wasn’t,” she said, choosing to remain anonymous. “All of a sudden, [they’re] on top of me, choking me, still screaming in my face if I want to fight. My friend who’s filming sees [they’re] obviously not joking and it’s actually serious, so he stops filming, and pushes [them] off me as [they’re] still trying to fight me. Two guy friends of mine are actually holding [Miller] back as [they’re] screaming, ‘This is what you wanted! This is what you wanted!’”

During that same incident, Miller allegedly spat in the face of one of the woman’s friends. Shortly after the incident, Reynir said that Miller stopped appearing at bars in the area. Sometime later, they returned to the same bar with a peace offering of a stuffed toy elephant, but Reynir says he hasn’t seen them since. The report comes as they face multiple accusations of abuse, harassment, and grooming.
