On Tuesday’s (Feb. 5) episode of #EverydayStruggle, Nadeska, Wayno and DJ Akademiks open the show discussing the latest news surrounding 21 Savage’s nationality and current legal status. Along with the support of the entire hip-hop community, an online petition, started by Black Live Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors, was started in an attempt to stop the deportation of the “A Lot” rapper (Fans can now sign the petition here). Later in the episode, the crew shares their  thoughts on the latest singles from Gunna, “One Call,” and Florida rapper Lil Pump with “Racks on Racks.” Halfway through the show, the EDS trio highlights Soulja Boy’s newest record deal with Warner/Chappell, and speak on A$AP Rocky’s recent praise for the “Crank That” rapper. According to Rocky, there’d be no him if it wasn’t for Big Draco, and claims that Soulja helped paved way for the way music is released today. The squad then highlights its latest ‘Fast Break’ artist, which happens to be Griselda Records’ own, Benny The Butcher. Ak and Wayno give their take on the Buffalo native, and share with viewers why he’s one of the next in the underground scene. To close out the show, the squad runs through a few of its Quick Hits regarding Kanye West and his MAGA hat, unreleased 2Pac music and Famous Dex and his fans.
