After reports surfaced that Kim Kardashian is still coping with extreme anxiety and post-traumatic stress after she was bound, gagged, and robbed at gunpoint in her Paris apartment early this month, another sad story has emerged: Kardashian is reportedly building a panic room in her Bel-Air mansion, per the Daily Mail.

Construction is expected to begin immediately on the room, which could cost upwards of $100,000.

The Daily Mailreported:

The panic room will have a large room, a bathroom and cameras. 'It will be made to withstand a fire of over 1,000 degrees and a 7.0 earthquake,' said an insider.

"She's not well. It's worse than anyone knows,' said the pal. 'She's been suffering severe panic attacks and refuses to be alone. She's been having flashbacks and nightmares. She's a nervous wreck. She gets especially anxious late at night. When the kids are sleeping she has time to think and she just replays that dreadful night over and over. Kim's ordeal is far from behind her."

Those reports echo statements made by Kim's sister Khloe, who told Ellen DeGeneres Kim is "not doing that well," and is still coping with the trauma from the robbery.
