A Film Crew Blew up a London Bus This Weekend, and People Understandably Got Freaked Out

Don't worry, it was just filmming for a Jackie Chan movie.

Over the weekend, a London bus was blown up on Lambeth Bridge. But don’t worry, it wasn’t a terrorist attack or anything—it was a stunt for the film of a new action movie starring Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan. Ok, so the first thought is “WTF, someone is making an action movie with Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan in 2016!?!”. But also, you can help but think the site of London transport being blow up is a tad controversial, so close to the Paris attacks.

Obviously, it was all done with the police and local authorities permission, with the roads closed off and the proper safety precautions, but that didn’t stop it freaking people out.

Anyone worried about the exploding bus on Lambeth Bridge just now? It was just for a movie. pic.twitter.com/1ypWZZ6jPp
