One of this year’s surprise hits in the gaming community was the free-to-play game Rocket League on the Playstation 4 and PC, millions of gamers were instantly hooked on the frantic pace and 'balls-to-the-walls' action of the RC-inspired football game… well unless you owned an Xbox One that is. But now the Microsoft faithful can join in the fun as Rocket league is finally coming to Xbox One.

The Xbox One version won’t just be a bog-standard ‘like-for-like’ port of the current game on PC and PS4. This version will come with all kinds of exclusive content including the infamous Delorean from the Back To The Future films and the Rocket League versions of the Warthog and Armadillo from the Halo and Gears Of War series.

Since it’s release, Rocket League has had 10 major updates and developers Psyonix plan on “aggressively supporting” the Xbox One version with updates as well.

Rocket League will be available on Xbox One next year in February.
