Doth our ears deceive us? Many Twitter users were shocked to find that they agreed with Ann Coulter for once.

The View co-hosts sat with the ultimate anti-immigration advocate, Ann Coulter, to discuss immigration on Friday. The 53-year-old author and public commentator was trending on Twitter after calling out Raven-Symoné in her appearance.

Discussing Coulter's recent book, Adios, America: The Left's Plan to Turn Our Country Into a Third World Hellhole, co-host Ana Navarro opened the can of worms by asking her to explain the title.

While sitting next to Navarro and co-host Padma Lakshmi (both immigrants), Coulter claimed that immigrants are only in America because Democrats want more votes and rich people want cheap labor.

What it means is that the nation that has been so welcoming to immigrants, to women, to children, an amazingly successful nation, and the democrats do it for the votes, the rich do it for the cheap labor, and the cheap maids. They strut around like they're Martin Luther King--no. Who is our immigration policy hurting? And this is the post-1965 immigration. We're bringing in millions and millions of people from very poor cultures, from very backwards cultures--no. Our social programs are for the American poor.

After Navarro read the title of Coulter's book with a Spanish accent (because, you know, the word adios is in it), Coulter was quick to correct her by repeating the word with an "American" accent:

But things really got heated after Raven-Symoné interjected, asking Coulter why she chooses to spread political views that offend people. Coulter retorted by calling out the actress' controversial comments about stereotypically black names from last week.

& what's funny is we can't even be there for Raven, & WE LOATHE ANN COULTER. Lmao. We all watching like: pic.twitter.com/PgCmDkC063

The exchange resulted in Coulter's name trending on Twitter, as many begrudgingly agreed with her.

I'm mad at Raven even more now because she made me laugh at something Ann Coulter said.
