Things keep getting worse for disgraced comedian and respectability politics torchbearer Bill Cosby. He's being sued by 56-year-old Judy Huth for psychological damage for allegedly forcing her to commit a sexual act on him in 1974 at the Playboy Mansion when she was 15 years old. And even though the statute of limitations are up, the California judge that's handling the case is forcing Cosby to give sworn testimony on Oct. 9, 2015. Huth will be giving her side of the story a week later on Oct. 15. Of course, Cosby's lawyers are pulling the "extortion" card and wanted the plaintiff to testify before their client. This will be the first Cosby deposition since 2005—the one that was recently released to the public in which the actor admitted to giving women Quaaludes. His list of accusers keep growing. Hopefully we'll be able to get to the truth sooner rather than later. This upcoming deposition should speed that process up.
