This year marks the 25th anniversary of Lifetime getting into the TV movie business, and you can count Will Ferrell as one of the fans celebrating. The comedian loves Lifetime movies so much he decided to make one in secret with Kristen Wiig. The two-hour movie has already been filmed and will debut on the network early this summer, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The "campy and fun contemporary wink" at the genre will follow a successful couple (Ferrell and Wiig) taking care of pregnant woman so they can adopt her child. Of course, things quickly go awry in this dramatic thriller appropriately titled A Deadly Adoption.
