Toddler Discharges Father's Gun at Restaurant

Luckily, non one was seriously injured.

A 2-year-old boy accidentally discharged his father's gun inside of a restaurant last week, officials say. 

The Associated Press says that the boy, the son of a Clay County Sheriff's Deputy, reached into his father's pocket on Sep. 4 in search of a snack while they waited at line at a Middleburg, Fla. Wendy'sSgt. Matthew Magish's .380-caliber Kel-Tec pistol fired, and bullet fragments struck the boy's foot, as well his grandfather and two female customers who were also waiting in line. 

No one needed medical attention, there was no damage to the restaurant, and the Associated Press notes that Sgt. Magish continues to remain active while an investigation is carried out.
